Alan's mantra, "Say what you mean, mean what you say," is the backbone to the fundamental values and core beliefs of Impact Commercial and underpins his solid work ethic as managing partner.

With a focus on building strong client relationships, as well as charting our vision and managing the growing operational needs of a fast evolving business, Alan draws on his deep-rooted industry experience that spans 20 years, working with great clients, co-workers, and funding partners.

With an unwavering commitment, Alan works for each client as diligently and effectively as possible — both to help grow strong vibrant businesses and weather market downturns. His ability to procure innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the financial needs of our clients sets the bar for the company.

Alan revels in supporting clients with expert business advice and the prompt fulfillment of their credit needs. The success of our client's businesses is his primary objective, while striving to meet the challenge to continue improving our level of advice to satisfy that growing responsibility.

When not in the office, you can find Alan at one of Metro Vancouver's many pools with his three daughters who swim competitively. He's often spending time with family and friends, reading and being active through hockey, road biking, and golf.

1. If he wasn't working with Impact Commercial, Alan would be a landscaper; for him, it's all about rolling up your sleeves, putting on your work boots, building and growing. He loves taking on outside projects that involve dirt and shovels, but isn't so handy inside the house.
2. He dreams of taking six months to travel throughout the Mediterranean to discover Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and beyond.
